We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return your product within 7 business days after you receive it and we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.Please note that jewelry showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in anyway will not be accepted for return.

Please email for a Return Authorization Number(RA number) and shipping address. (A return cannot be processed without an RA number.)
Package your jewelry well and include all original packing.
Include your name, address, phone number and email address.
We recommend that you purchase tracking for your return.
When ordering an item over $600 someone should be present to sign for receipt of the merchandise.These requirements are for your own protection.
Repairs and replacement
All repairs are handled individually and will be charged to the customer.
Please email and describe nature and reason for the repair. Please include your name, address, telephone number and email address.
All items returned for repair must comply with the terms of the return policy stated above and include first obtaining a RA number.
The item you are ordering is not factory made and therefore not intended to be factory perfect.
All the jewelry is completely hand done and so you will notice an organic quality, some asymmetry and a hewn interesting dimension to the pieces.It is this that gives it it's unique character.
If you are ordering from this site, please be aware that this is artisan jewelry.It is this very characteristic
that will illicit comments on your style, and you will not see another person with the same piece of jewelry.
