Using Your Stones

It is a wonderful idea to repurpose a sentimental stone into a new and current design.However, there are a few things to consider.

Please understand that while great care is taken when removing stones and resetting stones during the jewelry making process, I, Gabrielle Friedman will not be liable for any damage that may occur. While the utmost care will be taken, any damage including chips, scratches and breakages that may occur from unsetting and resetting stones, replacement and repair will be at the clients expense.

Please note that I no longer use the clients own metal to produce new pieces.

Quotes

Once we have determined what I will be creating for you I will give you a quote as soon as possible. The quote will remain valid for one week due to the fluctuation in the metal market. After more than this time has elapsed I will have to re quote.

Delivery Times

My average delivery time for bespoke pieces is 3-5 weeks. Before I begin work on a commissioned order a 50% non refundable deposit must be received and an order confirmation form signed and returned.

Pieces that are in my online store and that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days of full payment.You will be notified via email with tracking details.

Care

Jewelry is delicate and needs tender loving care. It will begin to change and wear over time.

To get the most our of your pieces, stone set jewelry will need an occasional clean from time to time.The best way to do this is to immerse the piece in warm water with a spot of dishwashing ;liquid such as Dawn. Let it soak for a while then take a soft old toothbrush and gently brush to remove dust and build up from your skin.

It is unneccessary to buy jewelry cleaning products.

Jewelry of any kind should not be worn during exercise, bathing, yard work etc. Keep your jewels in a safe place during these activities and this will keep them looking and feeling special every time you see the sparkle and shine on your hand.
